- Looking for reliable persons with experience in the Environmental Field including Tank removals, Hazardous Material & Petroleum Spills, and Soil Excavation.

- Needs to be able to Operate Heavy Equipment and have knowledge with Vacuum and Guzzler Trucks.

- Needs to have a Class A (preferred) or Class B (acceptable) CDL License with hazmat tanker endorsements.

- Needs to Provide OSHA 30hr and Hazardous Waste Operations 40hr training upon request or be willing to obtain these certificates the day of employment.

- Subsurface Investigation, Drilling and Geoprobe knowledge; with experience in soil sampling and well installation a bonus.

- Project management experience recommended and will be highly regarded.

Trigyn's Direct Government Client has a contract assignment for a .NET Developer in Long Island City, NY.
Description: Trigyn's Direct Government Client is seeking 1 application developer to implement enterprise-wide core GIS services for Agency users and applications.

The specific core GIS services include:
(1) USPS Address Verification – provides the functionality to both upload a batch file or single request to match, verify and clean addresses against current USPS postal address data.
(2)Geocoding web service – This functionality will provide in both batch or single request at a time to match and geocode address data against open source API’s (such as Google)
(4) Map point locator/Reverse geocoding – will provide the functionality to select a point on a map and reverse geocode this to get the address.
(5) Map to closest point – this functionality will provide in both batch and single request the ability to take a single address or list of addresses compare them to a standard list of addresses (i.e.- facilities PODs, or other points of interested during emergencies) to identify the closest address (mapping persons to the closest point of interest)
(6) Route Optimization – this functionality will provide optimized routing from multiple points of interest
(7) Assist in the implementation of securing agency map services along with application developers
(8) Assist in the maintenance and enhancements of the geodatabase while implementing core services
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.

Candidate should have at least 4 years experiences developing within the .NET framework (ASP.Net / C#/VB), SQL Server 2008. In addition Candidates must have the following:

• 4+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of object-oriented and system programming and GUI software applications.
• 4+ years of experience with XML, .NET, SOAP, C#/ASP.NET/ Web Services
• 4+ Web development using VS2008, VS2010, ASP.NET, C#.NET, Ajax, WCF, MVC, VB.NET, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Crystal Report, Workflow, Agile Software development and Product management tools.
• 3+ MS SQL 2008 stored procedures, functions, SSIS package, reporting service. Preferred experience in the following tools and technologies:
• ESRI’s ArcGIS Server v10.1 is recommended, particularly using ESRI’s API
• Familiarity with mapping services and web mapping applications using ESRI’s ARCGIS Server v10.1 is preferred
• Other preferred skills include ESRI ArcGIS server, REST web services, JavaScript (Dojo, ESRI JavaScript library), Python, Arc Map, and ArcGIS Model Builder.

Primary CharacteristicsThe purpose of this position is to service, inform and assist Everbank customers providing an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Functions• Maintain quality service to all customers by answering product and service questions; cross-selling related products and services and being courteous and responsive to all customer's' needs

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for growing sales in Long Island territory selling building materials, millwork PVC decking, railing and trimboard  and other building products to building supply centers, lumber yards, as well as, national pro dealers chains. Captures new customer sales, promotes products with builders and architects to achieve pull through business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
·         Must have experience selling in the Long Island area.
·         Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
·         Displays or demonstrates product line.
·         Travels with dealer reps to jobsites to do product take offs on site, or according to architect plans.
·         Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
·         Estimates date of delivery to customer.
·         Prepares and generates reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
·         Works closely with inside sales representatives, buyers and product managers.
·         Coordinates and performs customer training.
·         Ensures that new customer data and other sales data for current customers is entered into computer database.
·         Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
·         Investigates and resolves customer problems.
·         Attends trade shows.
·         Prepares an annual sales budget with guidance from sales management.
·         Visits job sites to work with customers on pull through sales opportunities.
·         Performs market research on new product opportunities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  — Bachelor's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS — Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS — Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.  Ability to apply concepts such as discounts, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. The ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

OTHER SKILLS/CERTIFICATION — Microsoft Suite—Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate and Advanced) . A valid Drivers License in State of residence required.

REASONING ABILITY  — Ability to define problems; collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
