OUR TEAM NEEDS A MARCOM MANAGER – RIGHT NOW!!
                A renowned Bergen County, New Jersey-based wholesaler seeks an experienced and versatile Marketing Communications Manager.  This born leader and go getter will report to the Marketing Director, while also supervising and managing the Graphics and Marketing staff.  Along with leadership responsibilities and the ability to make decisions, the Marcom Manager will also:
1.       Manage website content systems
2.       Execute the annual web marketing plan
3.       Manage daily marketing activity and help develop and implement promotion schedule
4.       Lead Graphics and Marketing staff in creating and executing all corporate communications
5.       Serve as primary contact for company events and all internal communications
              Ideal candidates will also possess the following skills:
1.       A complete understanding of the digital marketing space
2.       Strong planner and organizer + key liaison to the sales team
3.       Strong (basic) knowledge of graphics software programs (e.g.,PhotoShop, Illustrator, 
and InDesign)
4.       Excellent communicator, especially in written communications

WHAT TO EXPECT:  YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES AT A GLANCE

1.      Regular liaison to different departments – namely IT, Sales, & Marketing
2.      Manage inbound inquiries from sales reps and customers
3.      Quarterback and carry out online marketing plans
4.      Manage and assist Graphics team members
5.      Create and manage content for social media sites
6.      Work with Sales personnel to maximize overall e-commerce efforts
7.      Be on standby to assist with all company events
8.      IN SHORT, think of yourself as the go-to guy/gal for ALL MARCOM ACTIVITIES
A four-year degree in Marketing or related field is required, and all qualified applicants must work on company premises.  (No remote candidates may be considered and no relocation allowances will be provided.)
Full-time salary is $75K - $85K, and there is annual bonus potential.
