Pega BPM Architect
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for facilitating and implementing financial BPM 'Business Process Management' Modeling.
•Play a lead role in IT engagements with the various businesses supported by the BPM
•Presales support experience : Experience working with the Global teams to -develop proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow BPM Practice presence in existing accounts
•The ability to act as a liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT, and data constraints to the business.
•Develop a business architecture strategy based on various business scenarios and motivations.
•In-depth understanding of one of the domains : Banking, Insurance or Healthcare
•Ability to define business solution architecture based on high level inputs provided by the customer
•Capture tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.
•Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes.
•Experience leading end to end Process improvement projects in a client facing role
•Provide thought leadership & IT transformation recommendations in process automation leveraging BPM technology.
•Good understanding of BPM Products, and Professional services market
•Should be able to execute short term strategic consulting projects, assessments, POC/pilots, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition and business case.
•Good grasp of various iterative methodologies : Agile, RUP, SCRUM
•Previous management consulting experience preferred
•Knowledge of CRM would be a plus
Technical Requirements:
•Extensive design and development hands on experience in Pega PRPC. (pref. version 6 or above)
•Experience in Pega PRPC 6.X version
•Certification in Pega PRPC: CSA/ CSSA level
•Good understanding of multiple Pega frameworks: CPM, NABB, NBB, SmartDispute, Smart Investigate etc
•Hands-on experience in implementation of Business Flows/Services/Connectors in Pega PRPC.
•Good understanding of Java/J2EE features.
•Good understanding of Database/SQL queries.
