About the Job

Established 25 year old company is seeking a business to business sales consultant for Northern New Jersey area. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will develop new prospects and initiate new customer business in a defined protected territory. This is a new business sales role where you will be calling on commercial properties including retail and office space, selling them year long service agreements for janitorial needs. Position will require you to be very consultative in your sales approach.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling local business prospects
• Run appointments set by the in-house Telemarketing team **** 50% + of appointments set for you

• Scheduling appointments with prospects

• Preparing, delivering and following up on proposals

• Provide timely and accurate prospect and activity data for management
