Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pennington, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Timings: 40 hr per week
Description:
Position Overview:
Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Requires advanced knowledge of the organization, products and/or services. Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. May research issues or transfer to a research function. May involve cross selling or up selling of other financial products. Handles customer calls with somewhat more complexity. Generally has more than 1 year of experience.
Requirements:
Recent College Graduate with 4 years of college degree.
Experience in Customer service within call center environment of 1 – 2 years (Prefered)
Proficient with MS Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Highly organized with the proven ability to multi-task while comfortably shifting priorities as needed
Adept with completing tasks and meeting deadlines timely and efficiently
Skilled in writing grammatically correct routine business correspondence
Excellent attention to detail with the capacity to work independently, with others and with direction
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels management and staff; both written and verbal
Highly organized with the proven ability to multi-task while comfortably shifting priorities as needed
